Terms and conditions

Once booked, please contact Guest Services at the hotel at 949-496-1203 so we can book your space on the whale watching vessel. In the event Dana Wharf Whale Watching cannot arrange for seating, package reservation can be cancelled without penalty. Packages must be booked at least 3 days in advance. If you book more than one night, the Package Rate will be charged for the first night and then the Best Available Rate for additional accommodation nights. Upgraded accommodations and additional tickets are available directly through Guest Services at the hotel.

Cancellation: Package must be cancelled 48 hours prior to check in date to avoid a penalty fee of the first night's room charge plus tax.
