I have heard the property will be closing/is closed for contruction. Is that true? 
The construction plans are on hold. We are open for business! 

What time are check-in and check-out? 
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am.

Is late check-out available? 
Upon request only and subject to availability.

Can I check-in during the night? 
Yes, our Front Desk is available 24 hours. 

Does the hotel have car parking facilities? 
Yes. Parking is available at $15 per night. Only 1 car is allowed per reservation. 

Can I bring my pet? 
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. We do require a $50 cleaning fee and $20 per night (max 2 pets). 

Is the hotel reception desk open 24 hours a day? 
Yes.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in time? 
Unfortunately, not at this time due to safety and health regulations around COVID-19. 

Do you allow smoking on property? 
Not in rooms or on balconies – We have 2 designated smoking areas on the property. 

Do you have breakfast? 
Yes, we offer a complimentary breakfast on weekdays from 7am - 9am and weekends from 7am - 10am. 

Do you have a restaurant? 
No, we do not have an onsite restaurant but we are next door to many restaurants along the Dana Point Harbor. 

Do you have a pool? 
Yes, our heated pool operates from 9am - 9pm and has sun loungers to relax in. 

Do you have accessible rooms?  
Yes, we offer accessible rooms with large roll-in showers. Read more about accessibility on the property here.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?  
21 years old (except for Military is 18 years old)

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds or cribs? Is there a charge? 
Cribs are available at no extra charge, roll away beds are available with an extra charge of $10.00 per night but we do not allow rollaway beds in our Double Queen Rooms. Please reach out to our hotel team prior to check in to request a rollaway or crib. 

Do you have a fitness center? 
Yes, we do have an onsite 24-hour Fitness Center that is complimentary for all guests.

What kind of equipment does it have? 
Our Fitness Center has a treadmill, elliptical, yoga ball and free weights. 

What are your cross streets? 
Dana Point Harbor Drive and Casitas Drive.

Do you have connecting rooms? 
Yes, upon request only and subject to availability.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
