Yes, our Front Desk is available 24 hours. 

Does the hotel have car parking facilities? 
Yes, we offer free parking in our onsite parking lot. Only 1 vehicle is allowed per reservation.

Can I bring my pet? 
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. We do require a $50 cleaning fee and $10 per night starting the 2nd night of your stay. 

Is the hotel reception desk open 24 hours a day? 

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in time? 
Unfortunately, not at this time due to safety and health regulations around COVID-19. 

Do you allow smoking on property? 
Not in rooms or on balconies – We have 2 designated smoking areas on the property. 

Do you have breakfast? 
Yes, we offer a complimentary breakfast Sunday through Friday from 6 am to 9 am and Saturdays from 6 am to 10 am. 

Do you have a restaurant? 
No, we do not have an onsite restaurant but we are next door to many restaurants along the Dana Point Harbor

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds or cribs? Is there a charge? 
Cribs are available at no extra charge, roll away beds are available with an extra charge of $10.00 per night but we do not allow Roll away beds in our Double Queen Rooms. Please reach out to our hotel team prior to check in to request a rollaway or crib. 

Do you have a fitness center? 
Yes, we do have an onsite Fitness Center that is complimentary for all guests.

 What kind of equipment does it have? 
Our Fitness Center has a Peloton bike, treadmill and free weights.
